On Wednesday 30th August, Mr. Voravit, Thai correspondent of OMAEC and Vicepresident Angel Gudiña met in Bangkok during a training of the Past Pupils of Don Bosco, held in the Provincial House of the Salesians. Mr. Voravit could explain his role of trying to gather as many alumni from different congregations, and asked for the support of the present members. Dr. Wanlop Chiaravanont, President of Thai Federation, Fr. Louis Ponchit and Mr. Francis Wichai, Secretary General appear with the OMEAC representatives in one of the pictures. In the other, Mr. Voravit addresses the audience accompanied by Fr. John Bosco Theparat, Provincial of the Salesians in Thailand. The meeting was of great importance for the huge work of Mr. Voravit as correspondant.
The training lasted two days, 30th and 31st August, and consisted on several talks from Young Councillor for Asia, Mr. Alberto Piedade, from Timor Lest and Angel Gudiña, in his role of Vicepresident in the World Confederation of Past Pupils of Don Bosco on Strategic Plan, World Statute, Communication, Young Past Pupils and counted with representatives from Past Pupils and Salesians from several houses: Hua Hin, Hat Yai, Bangkok, Bam Pong, Udon Thani,
