New website “Global Catholic Education”
Dear OMAEC friends – we are pleased to let you know that a new website www.GlobalCatholicEducation.org is now live with a range of resources for Catholic educators as well as alumni globally.
The website is available in English, French, and Spanish and is managed by a volunteer team. The core partners for the website are OMAEC and OIEC, IFCU and WUCT, the other three key other organizations engaged in Catholic education at the global level.
We encourage you to visit the website, and subscribe to its blog to receive short emails on a weekly basis alerting you of new resources of interest to our community. We also wanted to mention the opportunity to participate in various webinars – please check out the events page of the website for details. A key webinar (in English) will be on February 16 on the Global Catholic Education Report 2021. We hope you will find the website useful and feel free to share any comments you may have on how to improve it. The website can be a great tool for all of us to engage towards Pope Francis’ Global Compact on Education.
