At the National Congress of the Chaplaincy of Prisoners that took place in El Escorial-Madrid, the General Secretary of OMAEC José Ramón Batiste had the opportunity to meet Mgr Juan José Omella, Archbishop of Barcelona and chair of the Bishops Committee for Social Pastoral Ministry and to make a brief presentation of the OMAEC as the international association representing millions of alumni of Catholic schools.
