What We Do?
Through our secretariats we coordinate the action of former students throughout the world with the aim of promoting the education of man in Christian values and the promotion of man and his dignity.

One of the “signs of identity” of the former students of Catholic Education is their social commitment in favor of the most disadvantaged; Most of the Alumni Associations of the different Religious Congregations, Diocesan Colleges, Universities, etc., dedicate efforts to sensitize society that “a better world is possible”.

Through this Secretariat it is intended to give voice, encourage the active participation and listening of young people at an international level, taking advantage of their strength, their abilities and their sense of responsibility as believers, children of God. The Vision of this Secretariat is to achieve a young representation proposed by each Organization or Correspondent of the OMAEC.

The OMAEC, as a global institution, maintains relations with other international organizations, especially in the educational field. Among the objectives of this Secretariat are: Maintain and strengthen relations with different organizations, expand the network with new organizations and take advantage of the synergies and specializations that derive from these.

It promotes the permanent formation of member Organizations, Correspondents and alumni of Catholic Education. The new technologies make it possible to favor this formative action and agreements are proposed with Universities, Educational Organizations, etc., to strengthen the training in values received from the Colleges and Universities, so that they can be reverted to society.

Its purpose is to implement efficient technological tools, proven digital processes, and effective communication methods that allow improving internal and external communications, the performance of the organization, and fulfilling its objective of uniting millions of Catholic alumni from around the world.
