On the occasion of the visit of his Holinesses Kirill and Francisco, they chatted amiably with His Excellency Cardinal Jaime Ortega y Alamino, archbishop of Havana and highest authority in the hierarchy of the church in Cuba.
This visit is not just something formal, but symbolizes an openness and understanding between the Church of the West and the East, interrupted more than a thousand years ago.
If we interpret his speeches and expressions, we can see in the future a joint guidance helps all Christians in the world and those who are in countries in conflict and will be able to find a win-win solution for everyone and thereby glorify our Lord.
Cuba is very pleased and proud that in our country this to happen and therefore we carry a hope of light and love, reconciliation and forgiveness, to triumph forever Jesus.
