The OMAEC Correspondent in Bolivia, Carlos Arroyo, has initiated the steps for the creation of a Bolivian Confederation of Former Students of Catholic Education. On 14 December 2022, a representation of former students from different religious congregations met:

– Oscar Claros (Aleman Santa Maria)
– Oscar González (LA Salle)
– Oscar Amaya (Don Bosco)
– Juan Pablo Quiroz (Maristas)
– Dante González (former correspondent OMAEC – La Salle)
– Evangelina García UNAEC America (virtual)
– Carlos Arroyo (OMAEC correspondent – La Salle)
As a result of this meeting, the following agreements were reached:
1. To support the process of formalisation of the alumni associations that do not yet have statutes based on the experiences of the associations that already have their legal status.
2. To create a WhatsApp group to facilitate communication and coordination.
3. Share in the group created the directory of alumni that we have so far in order to expand it in a collaborative way.
4. Define a common action project to start walking together.
OMAEC congratulates them on this progress and encourages them to keep moving forward.
